Whenever you wear on a Full Uniform and appear in the public, You have the responsibility to treat any casualty that happens there. You are not supposed to back off and say: "I am not a First Aider". Wearing that Uniform means u are already. For example IF a car accident happen or someone had a heart attack, you are supposed to help. If people ask you what to do, you should be able to do.
Any bad thing happened to the person will illness and happen to either paralysed or pass away, police will and Will hold u responsible for not helping.
Hence, being not exactly certified, you are only a "CCA joiner". However, during public duties, you are more likely to be able to help in small things for example bleeding as such, as you are able to do public duties when u passed the BFA examination. BUT STILL NOT ALONE WITH FULL UNIFORM.
For our Rule, We do not care if you are clever enough or strong enough to treat all casualty and have the mindset: "Nothing will happen", "I am too good in First Aid Skill". We will punish anyone who wear Full Uniform outside school. Unless there is public duty or otherwise, required to wear it by order of the Officers.
You can wear Full Uniform at home and come straight to school or destination like St. John Headquarters when parents fetch you up and down, will seconds appearing in public only.
Otherwise, Wear for example PT Kit to school, and change to Full Uniform when you arent able to straight away come from home to destination.
The Top half of Full Uniform will not appear in the public outside public duty.
St John crest like on belt or beret will be kept in the bag as well.
You may wear PE shirt, Long pants and boots with the SJAB belt off in public.
