Attire PT KIT. Reporting time : 1500
If assembly/class contact ends late, report 15 minutes after dismissal
Please have your lunch before Training.
Or try to eat a full lunch during recess hence lunch break can come earlier.
There will be footdrills , TOC and First Aid.

Reminder : Please greet all seniors including Sec2 towards sec3 and 4 as well as sec3s towards sec 4. Of course sec1 to all, sec1s have been doing a great job, keep it up.Carry on this great practise.
