camp reflections
Yo people.
hope you guys have gotten your rest.
sooo how was atc 08 to all of you guys?
hope all of your learn something.
atc was planned and carried smoothly by the officers, esp Bert Sir and Mdm Tan HS, let us express our gratitude to them. all i need is for you guys to bring a pen along for zone presentation (13th dec) =D.
ok ok?
k lets move on.
the overall discipline standard of the camp was no doubt lower than previous years. ---ankle socks, movement when fall-in-ed, people walking from place to place despite repeated warnings.
however, the campfire spirit was still burning high, our identities as SJAB members shone radiantly. (once again great job to the sec 2s, esp samuel, ics of the campfire, for doing up some a successful)
of course there are cadets that i would still like to praise:
-Guan Jie, Keane, Samuel, Ian and Zhong Zhen for display of great leadership during the camp
-Eugene, Edmund and Yong Chin for being outstanding and taking initiative most of the time
-Darren for being so "guai" throughout the camp
keep up the good work guys!
yeah, of course there were many other good cadets that i didnt notice cause i was with ALPHA most of the time.
moving on,
usually, after atc, you guys (cadets) have promoted.
year 1s are promoted to year 2s
year 2s to year 3s
year 3s to year 4s
being promoted to year 2s, we expect that year 2s:
-take more initiative
-display more leadership abilities
being promoted to year 3s, we expect that:
-year 3s stay commited to the corp
-year 3s to stay as positive role models for your juniors
-year 3s to lead, excel and overcome whatever may be in your way.
thats all from me
may all of us be brought to greater heights
cheers,
Duo Geng
