-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Points to note:
  • Please be reminded that cadets are to bring their Walkathon cards for the 1st collection if $50 has been collected for one card (or $100 for two cards- $50 each)
  • Cadets are to bring $10 to pay for the CHS Corps T-shirt. This is VERY IMPORTANT! I repeat, ITS VERY IMPORTANT! SPREAD TO ALL!
  • The discipline level will be increased. (U guys better know what to do and what NOT to do)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now, for Year Ones, its almost half a year since your have been in this CCA. What is expeced of you people, im sure you are all aware of. However, the seniors would not like to see how ur are repeating the SAME mistakes over and over again.

For example in drills: Leg raise to 90 degrees, bang hard, coordinate well.
These have all been emphasized numerous times and we can say that we cannot see you guys making the effort to improve.

If there is no improvement, how do you expect us to teach ur new drills and be satisfied with ur progress?

As for discipline, i can see some cadets still having the mentality that 'its all in the name of fun' and 'i-do-things-for-the sake-of doing-it' kind of attitude.

Remember, this is a uniformed group and INITIATIVE is one of the most important value of all. U don't come and show us that u cannot be bothered with what is said or told to u. If you want to bring up anything, just come and tell us. We wouldn't mind CONSTRUCTIVE feedback.

Year Twos, you guys are the role models of ur juniors. How you behave, how u conduct yourselves, how u discipline yourselves, the year ones will be watching. Whatever bad influence ur show, the juniors will follow.

The NCOs have observed that some of the Years Twos have dropped in terms of discipline and we didn't expect such poor standard from them. During trainings, u guys have to adopt a serious attitude and after trainings, ur can joke all u want to, we dun mind.

All the NCOs hope that the Year Twos better the standrad that ur are at now, and im sure ur efforts won't go wasted alrite?

To all cadets, work hard and yup, jiayou!

Thanks.

Addition/ Walkathon Cards

Since all of you had been misbehaving, both raymond(me) and damien had lost our trust in you all. (if not, me only)

i may joke, but my temper has a limit. you all have pissed all our NCOs by giving us disrespect.
outside of training you may joke with us, but then limit yourselves also. in training, we expect all of you will be serious.
______________________________________________________________
The walkathon 1st collection will be on the Friday(27 June 2008)
those with $50 per card may give it to us, those who want to collect more, you can.

Everyone will have to report how much you had collected since the starting, even if you have $2 will also tell us. we will be recording. If you are unable to come on that day, within the next 5days(till wednesday) will come to 3-2 to find me(raymond) and tell me your amount.

Those that are unable to report to me, you will face consequences of the Officer's wrath as this is an important affair, any lost amounts will be reported to the police as well as lost of cards.

ATTENDANCE/ DISCIPLINE/ TAG BOX

Since people had been abusing this use of asking questions that we might overlook

all of you all will then face the consequences, the tagbox will then be removed.
information will be posted, if there are any questions TOO BAD!

Unless someone admit to their actions, then we will put up the tagbox again.

Unability of standardising of items will result in punishment.
__________________________________________________________
Discipline will be also kept up and increased by next week.
Those we didnt come for trainings, those with remedials, as far as possible, we will check with the teacher ourselves. As for those that did not come with valid reason, if too serious, we may be reporting to the PE/CCA in charge MR Goh, if we are unable to change you. OR Mr Teo himself.

As for those that did not come with valid reasons for more than about the maximum 10 trainings, you will have 80% chance of not getting CCA points due to lack of participation.
If serious enough, the whole year CCA points(not only attendance) may be cancelled as well.

this above will be the worse(not worsT) case scenario.
__________________________________________________________
From now onwards, anyone that are did not make it for the trainings will COME TO US THE SENIORS PERSONALLY TO TELL US THE REASON FOR NOT COMING. MCs WILL BE PASSED TO US AND WE WILL THEN PASS TO TEACHER INCHARGE.

WE WILL ONLY CALLING PEOPLE THAT ARE SERIOUSLY IN DANGER.
THOSE THAT DONT GIVE A DAMN OF NOT TELLING US, EVEN WITH MCs, TELLING US LATE WILL NOT HELP. ATTENDANCE TO YOU WILL BE A ABSENT.

DEADLINE: 1 WEEK AFTER THE MISSING TRAINING TO ALL REASONS TO B E TOLD TO US.

I WANT THIS MESSAGE TO BE PASSED DOWN TO ALL.

IT is Green of course and it is plastic with a holder at the side.
IT can hold hot water as well.
Any Belongings SHOULD be labelled ur NAME! Maybe you want ur class.
Such as green mug and plate and forkspoon.
IT is bought at the army market(above hawkercentre, opposite SJAB HeadQuarters.) Just approach any store vendor and ask.

2nd: Plates, Utensils
IT should be labelled.
IT should not be disposable as you are using it for the whole camp, and after this camp, there are many camps to go and you are sure needing them
Example a PLASTIC/metal(if you dont mind it heavy) Plate, No paper please.
Fork and Spoon may not be used but BRING IT.(it can be metal)

There will be a slot given for anyone who wants to brush your teeth or rather shower. Those of you who are planning NOT to bath, Bring powder bath PLEASE! Keep yourself clean and you wont get rashes as such.

4th: Toilet paper
You all should bring at least enough for yourself.
However, groups will be seperated and hence if you ask ur friend to bring and he is in another group. If your group gets to rest first or you requested to go toilet and you cant find him, good luck to you.

5th: waterbottle(1.5L)
WE WANT A ICE MOUNTAIN WATERBOTTLE!(1.5L)
